Lord of Blood's Exultation gives you a 20% damage boost every time you bleed an enemy which should be all the time. Prosthesis wearer's Heirloom gives you 5 dexterity which will boost your physical damage with the weapon. In terms of damage, Rivers of Blood is far superior. Higher base damage, around equal bleed (like 5 points less iirc), OP when powerstancing since the Katana powerstance moveset is crazy good.
