Jan 17, 2017 · 2014 3.6 timing chain issues. Just found out that my 2014 CTS is going to need a timing chain at just over 70,000 miles. The dealer is tell me that they will pick up 60% of the cost. This doesn't work for me given the issues that they have had inn the past. Will update when I find out more. 2015 ATS Touchscreen stopped working properly. I have a 2015 ATS that I loved until the touchscreen started acting funny. I tried the factory reset and it did not fix the issue. Aside from it sometimes not working at all, the most annoying part is the radio presets will flicker and it starts randomly assigning other presets to the current station.

Jan 13, 2014 · Thanks for the information. There's a bulletin, PIE0269, for the ATS, XTS, SRX, and CTS, for memory/power seat issues. It instructs dealers to contact engineers listed in a bulletin before replacing any components. My guess is that it's therefore a software issue that the dealer should be able to correct.
