Sit on a rex or yuty in the back and the dragon ignores the megalos. It's the same exact strategy as deinos. Good shotgun and a alot of t rexes and a yuty for the buff. I was able to beat the alpha dragon with 2 therizinosaurus, 2 Magmasaur, and 1 reaper King.The main Ragnarok boss is Dragon who is the strongest boss in the main bosses of ARK.
